1. Black edge phenomenon: The hot melt machine has not been cleaned for a long time, and the glue itself has carbonization phenomenon.

2. The edge banding strip is not sticky; there is dust on the strip itself or on the surface of the wood; the temperature adjustment of the machine is too low, so that the temperature of the material itself is low and cannot reach a certain strength.

3. The surface of the edge sealing is uneven: the open period of the hot melt adhesive has passed during operation, or the temperature is too low so that the hot melt adhesive is not completely melted.
