Woodgrain edge bands must show good simulation results in the quality of the ink. Using high-quality ink to print the edge band, the simulation effect of the edge band is close to that of the board, the printing layer is rich, and the indoor discoloration is not obvious within three years. At present, the edge bands with rich layering are mainly three-color printing, followed by two-color printing and one-color printing.
|Detection method: Put the edge bands printed with different inks under strong sunlight for a week, and then compare with the sunlight before irradiation, you can see that the faded degrees of the two edge bands are different. The abrasion resistance and transparency of wood grain edge strips are related to the quality of UV paint. If the surface of the edge band is easily scratched or blurred, it is due to the use of poor quality UV paint. The degree of adhesion between the edge band and the board, and the adhesion effect of the edge band and the hot melt depend on the quality of the adhesive.
There is a certain temperature requirement for the adhesion of the board and the edge band. Although the temperature of the hot-melt in the hot-melt bucket of the edge banding machine is 200 ℃ —— 180 ℃, there is a distance of 20CM —— 30CM from the bonding point of the hot-melt roller to the edge band. Due to the low temperature in the workshop and the rapid heat dissipation, the temperature of the bonding point between the board and the edge band is actually below 120 ° C, so the bonding effect is not ideal. At this time, if the bad adhesive is used again, it is easier to open the glue.
|Solution: Because the sheet is used to cut the saw from a low-temperature place, the temperature of the side of the sheet will be too low to affect the bonding effect. Therefore, the indoor temperature of the workshop should be above 15 ℃ and add a thermostat to the edge banding plate of the edge banding machine.
